Therapists (OT/PT/SLP/SI) – Work Environment & Requirements
This position requires flexibility in scheduling based on client and program needs, which may include daytime, after-school, or occasional evening hours. Reliable transportation is required to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings throughout the service area. Therapists must be comfortable working independently in a variety of environments, including home, school, and community-based settings. Strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage documentation and scheduling responsibilities are essential. Compliance with all required health screenings and immunization standards is mandatory prior to employment and on an ongoing basis.

Pediatric focus preferred, though all licensed therapists may be considered (non-EI roles available)

Active New York State license or certification in one of the following:
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Psychology
- Special Education (Birth–Grade 2 or Permanent Certification)
- Experience working with children birth to preschool (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Early Intervention experience preferred (not required for all roles)
- Strong communication and documentation skillsBilingual ability is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement therapy goals in collaboration with families
- Conduct evaluations and provide services for children in Early Intervention programs
- Complete progress notes, evaluations, and required documentation in a timely manner
- Assess and support children in culturally sensitive, family-centered ways
- Communicate evaluation results to families and address questions or concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for consistent care planning
- Participate in IFSP meetings and annual/supplemental reviews when needed
