We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The goal is to promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
- Help with meals, feeding, and prescribed diets
- Support mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
- Perform basic range of motion and rehabilitation support
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights
Requirements
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends/holidays and on-call coverage
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in home environments and all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs and assist patients up to 200 lbs
- Must meet required health and immunization standards
